EU approves €2 billion ammunition supply plan for Kiev military

EU defence and foreign ministers have agreed to a €2 billion ammunition plan for re-supplying the Ukrainian army. The funding is to be conducted in two stages. First, the EU is set to transfer a billion euros for ammunition that can be quickly delivered.
